South Korean confectionery factory Orion is to construct a plant in the Tver city of Russia, estimated at 2.7 billion rubles (€58.4m), according to local reports.

This new candy factory will create jobs for estimate 1,300 laborers. Orion has a history of working with the authorities in Russia and a subsidiary opened a confectionery subbranch in 2006 at an estimated expense of €27.4m.
